Laser hair removal targets the pigment in your hair follicle to reduce hair growth. For those with PCOS-related hormonal hair growth, it can significantly reduce coarse, dark hair that grows. As this is Hormonal, It will help with facial hair, just consider that your face hair is hormonal caused, so it will help reduce but not remove. Consistency is key
PCOS may require more sessions (10–12+), and occasional maintenance — but clients see amazing long-term results with regular treatments every 4–6 weeks. As a person with PCOS you will get a result, your touchups and maintenance will just be more frequent.

Laser Hair Removal Policy for Minors At our clinic, we do not treat clients under the age of 14 for laser hair removal. This policy is in place because hormonal changes during adolescence can significantly affect hair growth patterns, potentially leading to new or increased hair growth even after treatment. For clients aged 14 to 17, we require:
 - Parental or guardian consent
 - A clear understanding that results may be temporary and more sessions may be needed as the body continues to develop
 - Realistic expectations that full or long-term results are not typically achieved until hormones stabilize in adulthoodWhile treatment can reduce hair growth temporarily, multiple future sessions will likely be necessary to maintain results. We always prioritize client safety and informed care. If you have questions about whether laser hair removal is right for your teen, we recommend a consultation with one of our trained professionals.

FAQS FACIALS
-

A facial is a professional skincare treatment designed to deeply cleanse, exfoliate, and nourish the skin. It can improve skin texture, target concerns like acne or aging, and leave your skin feeling refreshed and glowing.
-

Generally, every 4–6 weeks is ideal, as that’s the natural skin cell turnover cycle. However, your esthetician may recommend more or less frequently based on your skin goals and condition.
-

Not usually—but if your pores are congested, breakouts can sometimes surface temporarily after extractions or deep cleansing. This is often called “purging” and is usually short-term. Always let your esthetician know if you have breakout-prone skin so they can adjust the treatment.
-

Facials can help with: - Acne and congestion
- Dull or uneven skin tone
- Dry or dehydrated skin
- Oily or combination skin
- Fine lines and wrinkles
- Sensitive or reactive skin
- Hyperpigmentation or dark spots

-

It’s best to avoid makeup for at least 6–12 hours after a facial to let your skin breathe and absorb all the active ingredients used. Your skin will be glowing on its own!
-

For the next 24–48 hours, avoid: - Heavy makeup
- Intense workouts/sweating
- Saunas or steam rooms
- Exfoliating or active skincare (like retinol, AHAs/BHAs)

FAQS CHEMICAL PEELS
-

A chemical peel is a skin-resurfacing treatment that uses a safe acid solution to exfoliate the top layers of the skin. It helps remove dead skin cells, smooth texture, improve tone, and target concerns like acne, pigmentation, and fine lines.
-

      - Avoid retinols, exfoliants, acids (AHAs/BHAs), or active skincare for 3–5 days before your treatment
- Avoid sun exposure or tanning
- Let your esthetician know about any recent skin treatments, medications, or skin sensitivities

-

You may feel a mild tingling, stinging, or warming sensation during the peel — but it’s generally very tolerable. Stronger peels may cause more intense sensations. Your esthetician will ensure your comfort throughout the process.
-

Not always. Peeling depends on the strength of the peel and your skin type. Some clients experience visible peeling or flaking, while others may not peel at all — and still get great results. “No peeling” doesn’t mean it didn’t work!
-

It does vary per peel - Your aesthetician will let you know what you need to do after for that specific peel but generally for 3–7 days after your peel, avoid: - Direct sun exposure

-

Downtime depends on the type of peel. Light peels may have little to no downtime, while medium/deeper peels can involve 2–7 days of flaking, dryness, or redness.
-

Most clients benefit from a series of 3–6 peels, spaced 2–4 weeks apart. Your Aesthetician will recommend a schedule based on your goals and skin type.
-

Microneedling (also known as collagen induction therapy) is a skin rejuvenation treatment that uses tiny, sterile needles to create controlled micro-injuries in the skin. This triggers your body’s natural healing response, boosting collagen and elastin production.

GENERAL FAQS
-

For clients who are pregnant, we generally do not recommend receiving any services during this time. Hormonal changes throughout pregnancy can lead to side effects such as increased hair growth, hormonal acne, and skin sensitivity, which may impact the effectiveness or results of treatments. Additionally, as a precaution, we want to avoid any potential risk to you or your baby. For these reasons, we advise postponing treatments until after pregnancy to ensure your safety and achieve the best possible results.
-

We do not provide services to anyone under the age of 13. For clients under 18, parental or guardian consent is required for all treatments. Due to ongoing hormonal changes during adolescence, results may vary and concerns like acne or hair growth can continue to fluctuate. Please note:
We do not offer chemical peels or microneedling to underage clients, regardless of parental consent, as these treatments are not suitable for developing skin.Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
