DEPOSITS

We do not require a deposit to secure appointments. However, a completed intake form and a valid credit card on file are required at the time of booking.

This card will not be charged at the time of booking, but is kept on file in case of no-shows or late cancellations. We kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee in accordance with our policy.

FORMS

At Avona Aesthetics, all services require a consent form to be completed before your appointment. When you book, you’ll receive the form(s) specific to the treatment(s) you’ve chosen.

These forms are an important part of your care — they provide you with detailed information about your treatment, what to expect, and any aftercare instructions. They also allow us to gather essential medical details to ensure your treatment is performed safely and effectively, tailored just for you.

CONFRIMATION

At Avona Aesthetics, we require confirmation for all appointments to ensure your reserved time is secured.

You have two ways to confirm:

1. Automatic Confirmation Message
You’ll receive a text and email reminder 72 hours before your appointment.
- Please make sure to click “CONFIRM” in the message. Once you do, we’re notified that you’ll be attending.
If you do not click confirm, we’ll assume you won’t be attending — so please take a moment to confirm as soon as you receive the message.

2. Follow-Up Reminder
If your appointment is not confirmed 48 hours before, a team member will reach out via text to confirm your spot.
If there’s no reply within 24 hours (by 5 PM the day before your appointment), your booking will be automatically cancelled, and no-show or rescheduling fees will apply to your next appointment.

**At this time, if your forms are not already completed, you will be contacted to have them filled out. We require the forms to be completed before your appointment. If you have any difficulties or questions, please do not hesitate to contact us at 825-559-5028.**

We do our best to respect your time and keep availability flexible — we kindly ask for the same respect in return so we can accommodate all of our clients efficiently.

We do require a credit card put on file for future. (WE ARE NOT ABLE TO SEE ANY INFO) ( with no-show fees the card on file will be charged and you will get notified of it)

CANCELLATION & NO-SHOW POLICY AGREEMENT

We hope you understand that your appointment time is valuable, and that late cancellations and no-shows affect the Aestheticians schedule and other clients opportunities to book.

Cancellation & No-Show Policy, which requires at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule any appointment.

FEES ASSOCIATED WITH POLICY VIOLATIONS:

NO-SHOW FEE $50 a no-show is when you fail to show up to your scheduled appointment without any prior notice (24+ hours). This fee will be charged to your card on file or added to your next appointment.

LATE CANCELLATION / SAME-DAY RESCHEDULE:

$20 If I cancel or request to reschedule day of appointment with less than a 24H notice.
